Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you purchase from Topo Designs, and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, we offer easy returns and exchanges through our Kwun Tong office.

*Customers have to return the items to our office at its own cost.

Return Policy

Simply return the product to us in its original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of pet hair) within 30 days and we'll issue you a refund. If you want to make an exchange for a different size or color the Returns Center will allow you to place an exchange order instantly. Orders outside of Hong Kong, orders exceeding the 30 day window, or items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Shipping within Hong Kong

We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your gear. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1-3 business days. Please contact us if you have any shipping questions. Also, please add any extra delivery instructions to the comment section of your order.

Shipping outside Hong Kong

Shipments outside Hong Kong require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, which are not covered in our shipping rates. Make sure to check with your local postal service or customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place an order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
