SECTION 1 - PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Additionally, when you are visiting the Site (and in some cases a Topo Designs Retail location or event), you may be prompted or asked to share your email address as a completely voluntary act.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

SECTION 2 - HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Communicate with you;

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud;
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information, marketing materials or advertising relating to our products or services such as communications from our partner brands participating in our sweepstakes.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Additionally, we use Device Information that we collect to help us identify and potentially target new customers that think and act similar to users on the Site.

SECTION 3 - SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our advertising service partner, AdRoll Group, sets cookies and collections information from our browser across the web and infers connections between your browsers and devices. This information is used to better understand your interests in order to select and deliver relevant advertising and offers, manage the frequency of ads you see, provide measurement and reporting to advertisers like us about the performance of their ads, and help AdRoll and us better understand web audiences. We use CrazyEgg ("Service") to obtain information regarding how visitors to our site are interacting with the site. This Service allows a us to evaluate and potentially modify our site based on our findings regarding site visitors use and interaction with the site. We may use the Service to collect, store, and analyze visitor information. Such visitor information is transmitted in encrypted form, and pursuant to applicable data transfer provisions.

This Service may process such visitor information on our behalf, to perform analyses and produce reports for us. The interactions that may be recorded or analyzed may include mouse scrolls and clicks; keystrokes; and/or pages viewed or visited, including the duration of such visits. Visitor Information may also include Device Information and/or Referral Information from the Client Site Visitor. This Service is not designed to knowingly collect or extract from Visitor Information (including any Recorded Interactions or Device Information received from our site through the Service) information that could be used to personally identify site visitors, such as a name, address or phone number ("Personally Identifiable Information.”) This Service does not collect or aggregate information about visitor behavior on multiple, different websites. This Service never sells or shares any visitor information with outside individuals or other companies. This Service implements security mechanisms to protect Visitor Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Examples of these security mechanisms include limited and password-protected access, firewalls, and SSL encryption to protect transmission of data.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

SECTION 7 - DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

SECTION 8 - CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

SECTION 9 - MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.
